Stay was too short

It was a good location for what I needed while in Norfolk for a couple of days.

The room wasn't very clean, and there were quite a few slugs that left slug trail marks on any of my bags that I had left on the floor. Quite disappointing.

Exterior, flexible nature of check in, communication before hand.

Room was not clean; stained and dirty bed sheets/covers, moths and spiders in room and bathroom, marks on carpets, microwave was dirty, cot was badly stained. Stains/mould in bathroom and marks across basin. Stains on upholstered chairs. Fixtures, fittings and furniture was very tired and old, bathroom tap was broken. Bed mattresses felt very old and lumpy.

The location was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made the stay feel very safe for me and my autistic children.

The single bed was quite creaky so moving in the night made quite a lot of noise in the room.

Nice and clean, staff helpful. Tea and coffee facilities and enough for have a basic breakfast

Beautifully presented large room for a family of four and dog. The bathroom was a great size. Comfy beds and very clean. A extremely comfortable room and facilities. The location was perfect and peaceful.

On use of the walk in shower, it didn't drain well enough and we had an overflow of water across the rest of the bathroom floor which we had to clear up making the bathroom very slippery.

Helpfully provided safe bike storage. Room was clean, comfortable and very helpfully provided fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. Could use the lounge, conservatory and grounds, though we didn't do so. Helpful staff.

The room was huge very spacious for 4 people, included a large ensuite , there was a microwave and toaster and fridge in the room. A large tv sofa and table and chair. Plates and cups and cutlery. Clean and tidy. Very quite

The tv remote had the batteries taped in was a bit tricky to work , there where a few rooms when entering that where open (sitting room and conservatory) but where unsure if we where able to use same with the grounds large property but wasnt clear if we where able to venture from the room which wasnt an issue as stayed one night would of been nice to know.
