If you want a getaway from the bustle of Kathmandu, this is the perfect spot. Kishor, the owner is the most welcoming and sweet person and has created this beautiful little escape in the middle of paradise. Surrounded by nature and his garden, he and his family will cook you some wonderful local organic food and you can just sit on the patio and enjoy the view. They are so welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. Even in raintime and with many clouds this place is truly special and when the sky opens up you have magnificent views. You can see the whole valley right from your room window or from the roof top. There is hot water and good wifi available as well, making this very local and authentic place really comfortable also. I wish I'd have more time to stay here but hopefully one day I'll be back!

Just be aware that this is a simple and local homestay. Don't expect any luxury but if you are open for the experience you will be so rewarded.

The owner is nice and wants to please his guesses. Good View of Himalayas when there is no fog. All organic food fresh from his orchard.

Bathroom and shower rudimentary. « Rooftop » hard to get to- the stairs are flimsy and you need yo be very fit to go up and down. Far from main road. Not much around.

Had an amazing stay at Nagarkot Trekkers Inn; it definitely felt like a home away from home! Kishor picked me up from the busstation, which was very nice. The property is perfect for a getaway in nature, very peaceful with a perfect view for sunrise over the mountains. If you look for a place to get out of busy Kathmandu, you should come here. The food is delicious, all organic, and homemade. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Since the place is run by a family, it creates a very welcoming athmosphere and Kishor made so many efforts to show me around. He also organises various treks around the area. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I stayed here after a hike from Dhulikel to Nagarkot, and the place was super easy to find. The family was super kind and lovely to talk to. We felt very accommodated:) The food was also some of the best food I've had in Nepal. I wish I'd had time to stay here a little longer.

I was here for one night. The owner picked me up from the bus station and brought me back which was very nice. The location ist right in the nature with a great view and close to the lookout tower. He offered me tea and cooked very nice meals for me with ingredients from his own garden. The rooms are simpel, but there’s a hot shower and even WiFi. I would absolutely recommend it!

Had a peaceful stay at this tranquil property.On top of it, it's the most accessible location to all of the hiking trails around and in Nagarkot.Host is a great local guide and knows all the routes well. Host also provides short workshops on organic farming and traditional nepali cooking. They serve delicious home made food, with organic vegetables from their own small farm at the property.
