everything, House was dirty, greeted by 2 x barking doors and couldn't access the kitchen because of dog barrier and the barking dogs. read the rules they were a joke, the people in the other room were very loud and didn't shut up until 3:00 am, bed wasn't comfortable and the sheets were marked and dirty and looked like they had been used before us and not changed. so much dust everywhere in the bedroom, no hot water to have a shower and bath room was dirty and dusty and so was the shower. Bath towel felt like sandpaper, no face washer. Linen in the cupboard looked like it had been used and just rolled up and not folded and just shoved into the cupboard. And even if you brought your own food their is a text you get that tells you that no food or drinks other than water to be taken upstairs. their is a shelf in the pantry for your dry foods and a guest fridge located to the left of the private fridge for your cold goods, if you are game to get past the dogs. Then you also have to note that cooking and reheating of red meat is not permitted inside the house. there is complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen to use, but you still have the two dogs to get past. No parking anywhere on the street or nearby. But it is informed in the text that you can park anywhere on the street, just into in her driveway, but you can unload your thing, but just move your car. It was raining very hard when we arrived and you are also informed that you can't park on the road out front on the yellow lines as their is a $110.00 fine if you do. Just plan not convenient for anyone who doesn't know the area very well. Sorry but felt very dirty after staying at the house and is set my asthma off and then say sick to go to visit my family.

Clean and tidy quiet

Great communication by host. Easy self check in. Clear instructions for the house rules. Exceptionally clean. Very comfy. Right next to bus stop.

A good place to stay when travelling by from Brisbane. Easy access from Bruce Highway, after hours entry was easy and accomodation was clean and comfortable.

Good place for a short stop, the bed was comfortable and the location was quite convenient, close to everything with a car. Good value for money.

The owner spent too long explaining all the house rules (we were merely there for an evening, not eating there, and leaving early the next day). That didn't make us feel very comfortable, even though the guy was still nice, but be aware he likes to keep things until tight control. We were also a bit disturbed by the smell of the towels and bed linen.

This is a tastefully appointed space for several guests with a shared bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Chris communicated clearly so that all guests were ensured a pleasant stay. The location is tucked away in a quiet area but close to areas of interest on the Sunshine Coast. I would recommend you drive to get here and get around. Parking can be tight in the street itself but I found parking very close by.
