Vancouver Homestay Inn

Location was good, accessible to public transit. The place was quiet, secure, comfortable and spacious. Hosts were courteous and helpful. Very good value relative to other tourist type accommodations. Would book again if we traveled to Vancouver in the future.

Air quality could be improved with efficient cooling system, for example either a ceiling fan, air conditioning room unit, or central air conditioning. On booking.com we specifically booked a room with an ensuite bathroom, but on arrival, the host pointed out other rooms without ensuites, and said we were "upgraded". No, not true. It was our requirement before we booked. Just an easy detail, but all personal family type items such as old toys in cabinets, clutter such as unused appliances, etc. should be removed from the room and common room for a professional image. Hotel/inn business is competitive, unless one isn't serious.

Arthur very welcoming and very accommodating. Located in lovely safe neighbourhood.

Great location to get to airport for early flight!

My friend was stranded as ferries were cancelled. I made him a last minute 10pm reservation. He said host Arthur was amazing. Clean, convenient and would definitely stay again. But best was customer service by Arthur!!
