Vancouver Homestay Inn

Arthur was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and it was decently spacious. All necessary amenities were provided. There was also a fan in the room. The bed itself was pretty comfortable for a good sleep. It was quiet for most of the time except when the guests arrived and the movement of trolleys could be audible but it was just for few minutes.

Though the bathroom was private but it was not in the same bedroom, it was away from the room. The washroom opposite to the room could be more cleaner.

Der Vermieter war freundlich, hatte aber nicht das Zimmer für mich, dass ich gebucht hatte.

Laut Bestätigung von Booking.com hatte ich ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht. Das Schlafzimmer das ich bekam hatte kein eigenes Bad. Es gab ein Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Flur mit WC und Waschbecken und ein zweites Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche einmal quer durchs ganze Haus. Das bedeutet: ich mußte durch Flur, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Arbeitszimmer laufen(siehe Bilder)!?! Küche und Wohnzimmer sahen katastrofahl aus. Mein Schlafzimmer wie auch die Badezimmer hatten keine Möglichkeit abgeschlossen zu werden. Also keine Privatsphäre! Den Preis mit über Can$150,00 finde ich weit überzogen.
