It's on a good location just next to view point. Surrounded by mountains.we can do hike. Everyone is very helpful. I recommend this property. Value for money

The property manager, Chauhan ji is a nice guy. Helpful and warm. Also Rahul ji, part of his team, is helpful and kind as well. The location was phenomenal and there was ample parking space. The rooms are in good-ish condition. The food prepared by Chauhan ji was delicious.

To begin with, the property is located at a good place, ample space to park cars and all. But, the property is highly mismanaged. The owners of the property are no where to be found after the payment is made. There is problems with electricity. The power would cut off every 15 - 20 mins. The flush in the washroom in our room was not working. The property manager tried his best to manage the situation, but it was beyond his control. Afterwards, during the night at around 12, there was a massive power cut and no power backup, hence no fans were working. Had to stay up the entire night due to lack of electricity and heat. During this entire ordinal, the owner of the Property Mr. Amit Kumar was no available, did not take my call or respond to any of my messages. The very next day, we started to face issues with water, as there was none available in the washrooms. Tried to give them a benifit of doubt for the second time, but no resolution was reached and we had to leave the property a day early as even the basic of amenities were not available to us. The property manager, Chauhan Ji is a sweet man trying his best to make do with what he has, but the Property owner is not helpful at all and not available during emergencies. Also, they make you pay for the entire stay at one go, during check in so yeah that's an issue as well.

Staff behaviour is really unacceptable if you are thinking to go with your friends I will suggest to not go for this because you can not laugh with your friends and even you can not enjoy without there staff permission so highly recommend not go for this hotel
