"Two weeks total chill."

Basic and ethnic, just as we like it. Quiet yet accessible either via the "road" or the beach if the tide is out. Easy sea access when the tide is in.

Internet intermittent because of the government rationing of electricity. Omar even went for a generator but that didn't affect the internet situation. The same applied to ALL of the island.

Good food and rooms were very clean. The owner ensures we have power during power outages

I think some music during dinner could be nice, but very easy fix.

Fantastic home meals. Fresh ripe pineapple juice with lime/lemon was fantastic - one of the best juices I ever drunk. Catch of the day seafood was best I ate on Zanzibar - very fresh.

Not far away there is some big party hotel with night parties.
