The property was absolutely filthy dirty. Thick dust all around the room, throughout the house. The bathroom sink was covered in toothpaste spit splatters. Toilet seat left up so you could see shit splatters all over the toilet bowel. Upstairs bathroom sink was the same. I didn’t want to shower because I felt as if I would have come out more dirty than I went in… hair all around the shower drain. The carpet leading to upstairs was filthy. This is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed not worth £80

I met the owner and she was absolutely lovely 😍 The house and our room was beautiful and clean and very modern and tidy.. We will definitely stay again Thank you so much 💓 x

Property is beautiful, decor is fab. We stayed in room 4, everything we needed, no issues at all, nice and comfortable.

Not an issue for other guests but bed in room 4 is very low, iv had hip surgery and have limited mobility, I had difficulty getting up. This isn't a criticism of the property, the bed was lovely and comfortable, just a note for anyone with similar mobility issues to ask before you book. Parking outside the property was sporadic but there is a car park about 200 yds away with plenty of parking slots. The property is next door to John Berry's race yard and his turn out paddock can be seen through the rear of this property, really nice for horse racing enthusiasts. Recommend to all, we go racing quite a lot, it's central to all amenities. If available we would book this property again, no problem at all.

Great location for the town centre & the workshop I was attending, comfortable bed, full use of kitchen (if required) + free parking in the street.

Not so keen on a shared bathroom as a single lady, but it was ok.

I am very disappointed from the status of the structure..It seems like bedsheets were not changed as hair, dust, stain are on the pillows and sheets. Plus a bag of used object is next to our couch. Cleaning status of the bathroom is poor too..toilet seat stained and sticky, sinck dirty and dusty, shower mat soaking ..dust and residues all over the carpet …on top of that host never replied to my complaint via whatsapp and communicate to booking i actually didn’t stay in the house, a scam!
