The location was good. That's about it

I got to the property an hour after my estimated arrival time and the room was only just getting sorted. The towels were damp. The room I was in (room 2) smelled like dog food. There was no toilet roll in the bathroom which was filthy. If you have someone checking in this should be checked. Nasty sink and bathmats in the bathroom and whoever else was staying in the house couldn't even flush the toilet. The place looks ok on the surface but when you look up close you can tell it's falling apart. When you have multiple rooms and only one shared bathroom, that bathroom should be cleaned every single day but alas it was not.
