"Wouldn't go again"

Room was dirty dusty didn't look like it had a clean in ages, Crumbs in bed linen wasn't sure if they had been changed . No kettle facilities coffee or tea in the room which was stated in the information.

I had water running down the walls due to the washing machine upstairs but it did stop when the machine was not on owner said she will get it sorted
