Great location, big room with limited amenities but good for 1 person stay. Shared toilet and kitchen which were clean and big. Road facing room wasnt too noisy but abit cold.

Our favourite place to stay in Newmarket! We love it, it really feels like a home from home for us. It's a beautiful house, the rooms are always spotless and the beds are super comfortable. The decor is awesome 😊 The kitchen has everything you need, cooking facilities if you want to make food. Coffee and tea etc. Close to the town centre. Lots of options nearby if you want to eat out. Bianca is lovely and so welcoming. We always enjoy our stay.. Thank you!

Nothing to dislike

The communication with the host is ok but you should not wait to start it yourself. The house is nicely decorated and the facilities are okay.

The house is old with narrow spaces and stair and it is not possible to move through the house without making a sound. the house is also very noisy and we had the room at the front so we could hear the traffic clearly. Not just the traffic, because in the middle of the night a very drunk and noisy guest first vomited on the sidewalk and then stormed into the house making a lot of noise. On the way to his room he found it necessary to shout quite a bit. In the morning we were able to enjoy his hangover again after he woke up. Parking is a problem, we arrived at 21.30 and there was no parking available in the area, I had no choise then to park on the streetside and the result was a parkingticket from 70 pound on the window.

The location was good

On arrival there was no key after 5 phone calls a tect and email and half an hour i finally got to speak to owner who sent us round the back of house to find another key finally got in to find our room had been double booked so used another room.Bathroom was dirty floor toilet dirty carpet in bedroom needed replacing cheap place reflected in experience very poor

location excellent. kitchen well eqipped. outside space exellent.

A little more hanging space, cupboard or shelves. Plus one very bright light & mirror for applying makeup. only small adjustments but would make a big difference. Otherwise lovely.
