Very centrally located near the bus station and not far from the sights.

This place is really an AirBnB, with the owner/manager offsite. I think this should be made clear when they are using Booking.com to advertize their rooms. I only received the code for the key box the night before arriving, and then had to get the neighbour to help me open the front door (the front door was always a battle to open as it jams and needs fixing). Good kitchen but there is no dining room to eat in so I didn't use the kitchen much. Also, you need to go to the kitchen to make a cup of tea, and since I was upstairs I didn't bother as I didn't fancy bringing it up the steep staircase.

The lady was a very kind and nice person. Few things could have been a bit better that's it. 😊

Few things that kinda disappointed me were the TV in the room wasn't really working and there was a issue with the speakers. The room looked quite big in the pictures but it was a bit cramped area near the bed. The room had a very dim yellow light, I guess its a preference what one likes, but not for me. I personally don't like staying at houses for privacy and restrictions issue. Like not having a private bathroom or keeping our voices low while in the house because of other people. It just ruins the mood for a stay especially if you're with your partner. But for someone without these concerns, this was a good house overall for the price.

It was convenient and close to the centre of Newmarket where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and close to the racecourse

It was ok but did not serve breakfast and was quite informal would have liked at least a little contact with the people who owned the property

Bianca was amazing and so helpful. Location is great, so close to the town centre. We will definitely stay here again.
