La atención del personal. Es una casa, te atiende la propia familia que vive ahí, son super amables y atentos.

Es un tanto rudimentario todo, pero esta en la ruta del Caobang no hay nada que sobresalga por la comodidad precisamente. Bichos en los baños, suciedad y las camas son mediocres.

La gentillesse de la dame qui nous accueille. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des crêpes maisons. Le repas du soir est copieux et très local mais légèrement cher à 120,000VND, sans la boisson.

Vị trí thì thuận tiện. Nhưng phòng và nhà vệ sinh ko đc sạch sẽ. Nước suối cũng không để trong phòng. Nhà tắm thì thiếu thốn đủ thứ. Ko có đc những vật dụng cá nhân. So với giá tiền thì khá cao.

I like the surrounding areas which is nature with mountains, lakes and farm. Dinner was delicious. The family was lovely.

I think there should be a better communication when it comes to the dinner. I was just asked by the old lady if I want to join her for dinner which I thought she was inviting me for dinner. But there is a cost of 120K for the dinner, not a problem but I wish this was communicated so I dont get surprised when the bill comes out. Another surprise is that the tea for breakfast cost 10K which in my opinion if the breakfast is included, so should the tea/coffee as well. Its a full breakfast, something to eat and something to drink. Otherwise everything was cool.
