English Cottage

My bathroom was clean, the fridge was very clean, and the shower had good water pressure. A quiet street.

The house smelled stale and somewhat musty. Opening the window in my room helped. The condition of the house furnishings were poor, window screen fell off, lampshades wobbly, etc. Overall, I appreciated the affordability but would not stay there again.

Location was great and the room too. The kitchen has everything you need and they separate a part of the cabinet for you to grab your stuff.

Unfortunately they had plastic protection on the bed so I couldn't sleep at all because I move a lot at night and they also made the bed noisy and uncomfortable. The second night there were 2 girls basically screaming next door so it was really hard. And the room was too hot for me. I wish they didn't turn the heat so high because none of the nights I actually managed to sleep. Also they don't allow food in the room. I'm diabetic and one night my pressure went down and I almost passed out because I didn't have anything to eat and I didn't have strength to go down the stairs and up to the kitchen

The owner Keith was a wonderful host and very kind.

The bed was good but possibly a foam mattress cover could be used for more comfort.

You have to do a lot thing by your self, but it’s fine, it’s a good experience!
