The location is perfect. The host gave us space.

The location of the kitchen which is next to the bathroom and the stove (induction stove) it gave me some problems - difficult to operate but very efficient

Package had no breakfast. Location was perfect. We received warm welcome and enjoyed the privacy in a secured yard.

Main bedroom curtain is an all in one with the door and that gave discomfort as we could only open it when we leaving the property. Blinds would be nice for window and door if you still keep all in one curtain as it is suitable only for night time. Toilet refresher spray and gel should have been replaced with new ones before we arrived as they lasted 1st night only. No rusks should be provided for tea if it is gonna be only provided for 1 person while unit is booked for 2 adults. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment on purpose as we were gonna be joined by kids on 3rd night, to our surprise, we were charged extra R150 per child for that night. What is a purpose of advertising 2 bedroom apartment and expect the tenants to use only one room?

Being treated like child getting massages at 3am in the morning

The property lacked ambiance. The kettle was packed with limescale and drinking anything made from the kettle resulted in pieces of limescale breaking off - despite rinsing a few times. The duvet cover had hair on from someone else. The chair was tatted and torn. The sugar was open with no cover over it and the milk was in an open jug in the fridge. The rusks were not sealed individually. No effort at all was put into this facility to make it in any way attractive. Everything was "old and rusted". On arrival I was greeted by a teenager who gave me unclear instructions via an intercom system. I told him if I did not find the apartment I would be back to ask for assistance. ( The apartment had a separate entrance in another street) . This entrance was not marked in any way in order to make it easy to locate. On my return the teenager did not answer the intercom. I drove around for at least 15- 20 min trying to find the place. Eventually the owner arrived, and it was a very disorganized experience.

Clean, spacious and great place to stay. Would highly recommend.
