"The host harassed us for more money!"

The host wanted more money!

When we initially made a booking through Booking.com, we booked for 3 adults and 2 children. When we arrived for check-in, the host said that the booking they received did not indicate 2 children and started threatening us with legal action and character defamation. The people I was with are not from South Africa were quite shocked and shaken by this demeaning behaviour. Even when we paid the additional R300, the host continued to threaten and harass us until the money did not reflect in his account. We asked them for advise about places to eat/visit, and he acted coldly and very rudely. The place is average with basic necessities and amnesties.
