Sigiri Anu Homestay

We had such a great time at the Sigiri Anu Homestay. It was so well designed, perfectly clean, and a very comfortable room. The family is so kind, took us around to all the sights of Sigiri, and made us the best food! We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!

Extremely clean, big room with great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner which was great too! Anu also gave us a lift in his tuk tuk to see Lion rock at sunset and sunrise. Absolutely brilliant service and stay, thanks Anu and family!

Best breakfast ever! Local and very abundant. The hosts are adorable and also organised a delicious dinner for us, transfer for our hikes and a one day tour and transfer to Kandy.

Very welcoming homestay, the host provided us with fresh squeezed juice on arrival. Very comfortable bed. Really good breakfast provided.

Everything! Amazing, huge, clean and spacious room and bathroom, it actually looks better than the photos! Beautiful grounds, especially when light up at night. You will be the only guests here, Anu is incredibly attentive and will help you plan your time in Sigiriya and help you get there. We really enjoyed spending time with him! The food, cooked by Anu's wife was delicious....though try and have an empty stomach as portions are huge!! Anu, his wife, dog Leon and cat Kitty were all amazing. Just getting to know Anu, we wished we could have stayed a few days longer! P.S- Anu is also an amazing wood carving artist, you will be able to see a lot of his work in the rooms and building!

Best decision we made staying here!! The family is lovely, they do laundry for a really good price (gave them 3 huge bags of washing and they turned it around in a few hours which is amazing), the food is delicious, bed is super comfy, shower is nice and hot, the room is spacious and the garden is lovely!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you so much ❤️

Wonderful experience in this amazing homestay

Fantastic stay not far from Lion Rock, good bed with walk-in mosquitonet, spacious bathroom, hot shower, nice terras with relaxing chairs. Very friendly couple, the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. Absolutely recommended

Anu was one the most hospitable hosts I've ever seen. From welcome drinks to homemade breakfast, we were amazed by his kindness. His place is very close to the Lion's rock and he took us there on his tuktuk. The rating is honestly an 11 out of 10.

His address doesn't show on Google maps, so it's trick to find.

The room was an exceptionally high standard. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The trips organised by the host were excellent and he couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we ate dinner here too. Some of the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! We also used their excellent laundry service!
