Sigiri Anu Homestay

We had a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed and Anu and his family were excellent hosts. Anu will take you around the area and offer you fantastic dinner. Both is on top of the price for the night but at very reasonable costs.

Nothing to criticize

We stayed at Anu’s place 2 nights. Anu has been the most helpful and kind host we found in Sri Lanka. The bedroom is huge and very clean (with A/C). It has a private bathroom also big and clean. Breakfast is super tasty and complete (eggs, fruit, local patisserie, coffee, tea etc) served under the porch, garden views. Anu’s place is perfectly situated very close to lion’s rock and the few restaurants in Sigiriya. Anu and his family are extremely nice (as well as their dog, Lion), we really appreciated all their help (specially dealing with our tuktuk!!) and recommendations. Anu’s is the best place to stay in Sigiriya, we recommend it 100%. We are looking forward to come back again!!! Marc & Ana.

Anu was a brilliant host! He gave us lots of tips and information for things to do. He was so kind and welcoming. The food was so tasty and the room was amazing! Would definitely recommend!!!

It was all wonderful!

Anu and his family are sooo nice. He brings you with a smile to beautiful places and here we had the best breakfast. This stay was perfect!

Very clean and comfortable. Super spacious room with nice outdoor area. Anu is a fantastic host and guide. ,we had our own vehicle but glad we went to see local sights with Anu. Meals were great and so much food. Impossible to finish it all.

A small refrigerator would be a good addition.

The property, was really clean and at a good location. It was safe for two friends who were travelling and we felt at home

First, if I could give 11 Points, I would do it! I stayed 2 nights. Anu and his wife really do everything to make you feel good and happy. From the first moment with check-in to the last moment, drop off at Habarana station, everything was perfect. The room was exactly like on the pictures, it was very clean, had lots of space and a nice terrace. The breakfast and dinner was made with love and tasted delicious. (See pictures) All is setup for you on the your terrace. Don't book any tours before you speak with Anu. He arranged everything for me and all was in very good price range. You can trust him. We drove a whole day together and it was a nice experience. There is only one place where i would go back, when coming to Sigiriya. Sigiri Anu Homestay! ❤️

We spent 3 days at Anu's and there is nothing to complain about! Spacious, very clean room with attached big bathroom gives impression of being brand new. Breakfasts were delicious, various and extremely huge :) We traveled by rented tuktuk, but I'm sure Anu with his tuktuk arranges amazing trips for those without their own mean of transport. Owner is very friendly and helpful, and gives best advice on every possible tourist topic  :)
