Sigiri Anu Homestay

Everything! The hosts were amazing, best I’ve had anywhere. So welcoming and really made you feel at home. Made us an incredible breakfast and dinner and really went out of our way to make the trip special. I would tell anyone in a heartbeat to stay at this Homestay. It was magical.

The stay at Anu's place was very calm and wholesome. He was very caring and took us to many viewpoints around the city and organised everything for our trip and travel. The room itself was really clean and had everything for a short stay. Besides all the friendliness, his wife cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast which was more than enough and so for the best food we had during our Sri Lanka Trip. If you have the chance, stay at this place. It's definitely worth it!

Anu and his wife was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cosy. We had delicious home made dinner and breakfast what we finished eating in lunch time because of the size of it.

No dislikes at all.

Very comfortable and roomy for 3 adults. Liked the outdoor sitting area where we ate a fabulous breakfast that was included in the rate. Anu was an exceptional host! Drove us by TukTuk to visit local attractions

Shower pressure

- superclean room -nice Garden and terrace, where you could sit and relax - at the beginning of Sigirya, so not in the middle of the touristic centre - something I really enjoyed - great hosts: Anu is extremely kind, has great recommendations and can drive you with his bike or tuktuk to wherever you need to go (even at 5am to catch the sunrise!). I felt very welcome. - his wife is a fantastic cook: definitely also have dinner there!

One of the nicer hosts which we met during our travels. Very helpful and communicative in all topic (also helpful by offering cold medicines- Anu thank you!). Great home made breakfast, nice terrace to rest after climbing to Lions rock. Anu offer also tuk tuk driving what we recommend

WiFi is very weak

Room looks like brand new. Everything very clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Net and anty mosquito plug available in the room. Wonderfull garden, close to nature, monkeys are jumping between the trees. Huge portion of delicious breakfast and super nice owners.

City center is quite far, at evening time you have to grab tuk tuk as might be dangerous with animals also not many lights on the road.

This stay is amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. There is even a small kettle for tea and coffee in the room. And the bed was the most comfortable I slept in Sri Lanka!! Anu was very nice and extremely helpful with everything!
