Near to Everything Yet in a Rainforest setting

The owner was so kind and generous, also we encountered gentlemen staying in another room, he was also so helpful and kind. We didn’t have any difficulties or problems during the stay. I strongly recommend to stay here. :)

Our Host Adala was lovely the house was amazing. The bathroom had mould on the ceilings and walls. The shower had no pressure at all. The bedroom had mould on the ceiling and walls. There was dust on the furniture. On our first night, it was ok we were only sleeping there as we were catching up with family. I suffer from a very weak bladder. So being near the toilet was wonderful. I went to the toilet during the night a few times. Then at 8 am I was not able to open the door. We were locked in the room. The only tool we had was a nail file. The other guest from the room opposite us tried to help from their side but nothing was happening. We got the doorknob off but it still wasn't opening. I called the host at 8:30 am, but there was nothing she was able to do. We couldn't get out of the window as there was sercity guards on the window. So if there was a fire we might not have made it out. I got to the point where I was thinking about going to the toilet in the bin. I was suffering from terrible pains during the time we were in that room. The host called for a locksmith to get us out. We were in that room for close to 2 hours. It was terrible I suffered the whole day with pains. So the second night I was so worried that it was going to happen again. I did text the host twice and the owner twice with no answer from the owner. We were hoping that they would refund us as it wasn't a pleasant time. With all that happening I also walked into a very large spider Web as I was leaving from the front door. Very disappointed 😞 Thankyou Lesley Sebo.

Location is very good, close to everything, the nature enviroment makes people feels like really relaxing. love the brid feeding. Adele is so friendly and helpful. Would love to come back again for family holiday!

There is cockroaches in the drawer, besides that things are really good.

Gorgeous comfortable accommodation felt so at home.
