Jungle Palace Homestay

The owner, Mr. Rajesh has been extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us good advice where to go shopping and where to book tickets... He even showed us the bisons at night from the balcony using a strong torch. The view from our balcony was amazing. It is a very quiet place but whith lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great.

That we had to leave...

This homestay looks right on a meadow and the jungle. You can see wild boars, bisons, different birds, and deers from the balcony. The entrance of the national park is only a 3-minute walk. Breakfast is good and it is served on the balcony or in the room.

The electricity sometimes went away and hot water was available only on request. Be careful with the monkeys. I left the door open for just a few minutes and they were in my room searching my suitcase for food. They stole a pack of tea. It was hard to chase them out they were aggressive. Always keep a close eye on your belongings and never let them into your room. The smaller ones can sneak through the window bars so always keep the window shut!

Rajesh and his family were so kind and helpful. The room was really big with warm showers and the bed super comfortable. It was also a very quiet and peaceful location and the breakfast was amazing!
