Ok homestay for budget travellers. Staff friendly and welcoming. Wifi good as wifi box was in room. Breakfast was omelette and tea/coffee. Cold shower with good pressure

Overpriced at 300k a night, that's with noisy aircon. Needs to be serviced. It's a 200k a night homestay at most. It's about 3k from Kuta beach. Road up to homestay bit rough, entrance on left a bit rough, especially with car. Smallish room. Bathroom small with low ceiling, watch the lightbulb. Bed was comfortable, pillows bit hard. Duvet was old, hope the cover had been washed. Mirror was on floor with hooks. No one bothered to put up. No rubbish bin in room. One bin outside on balcony for all guests.

Someone stole my helmet inside the property. About the room: A lot of geckos It’s hot and there is only fan (no AC) It’s very far from the city center.

The owners are such friendly and adorable people! We rented a bike from them, super cheap, and the breakfast was really good.

Clean room, bungalows were super cute and felt very homely! If you have a bike it’s super easy to get to, just off the ‘highway’. We really loved our stay, we stayed for 3 nights! If you’re an easy traveller like us it’s a great, cheap stay. Just know the grounds aren’t super commercial, lots of locals around, chickens etc. it’s a Homestay, not hotel.

Be aware if staying in one of the two bungalows that they aren’t very sound proof. Respect those next to you as they can definitely hear you talking :)

there is a very loud mosque in close proximity and the roosters of this and the surrounding farms were crowing all night long. wouldn't be a problem with a bit of sound isolation, but as the room has no ac (just a very noisy fan, that is impossible to be used at night), there are air vents above the door and im the bathroom, which let a lot of noise through. couldn't get much sleep there, while being able to sleep is my minimum requirement for any homestay, guesthouse or else. just fyi no hot water, but water at decent temperatures, since it is a hot area.
