The property was lovely. Nicely located just outside the main town in a peaceful homestay with a wonderful family who brought tea, coffee and breakfast each morning with a smile! It was perfect for all our needs!

It would be a nice addition if there was some Aircon!

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at this homestay. First of all, it didn’t feel like a homestay at all — we barely had any interaction with the hosts, which was one of the main reasons we chose this type of accommodation: to connect with local families. We hardly saw them during our stay. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable. But the most serious issue was that we noticed some money missing — at least 200,000 IDR. After this happened, we checked other reviews and saw that other guests had reported similar experiences. We are 100% certain about the missing amount, as we are traveling on a strict budget and count our money daily. We chose not to confront the hosts, as other reviews mentioned aggressive responses when issues were raised. And without solid proof, it would have been our word against theirs. It wasn’t a large sum, but what really bothered us was the idea that someone had gone through our things. We always locked our door, so it felt like a real invasion of privacy. This was an unfortunate experience, and we hope future guests are more fortunate — or at least aware.

Really good property for the price, room and AC was good and comfortable, not far from Kuta centre, lady was very friendly and gave us free snacks
