La réactivité du propriétaire, la gentillesse des clients et de la dame qui fait l'entretien. Petite suggestion : mettre un "signal" (par exemple, une bande de couleur contrastée) sur le rebord de l'escalier supérieur dans lequel on peut facilement se cogner la tête en descendant. C'est évitable, bien sûr, mais une petite précaution serait utile 😉

On est un peu excentré mais les places de parking sont peu nombreuses (comme dans toute grande ville et le proprio n'y peut rien), heureusement que je connaissais le quartier.
