"Perfect stay."

Emily, the host, was wonderful and very helpful. She had put an immense amount of thought and care into the accommodation. Our stat was perfect in every respect.

Convenient and in walking distance to Edinburgh attractions. Comfortable bed and full kitchen, the extra half-bath is a bonus. Host is responsive and lovely. We hope to return.

"Extraordinary Stay Close to Train Station"

The place is extraordinary, it has every amenity you could ever need and a few more. It's close to the train station (~15 min walk) and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The place is very spacious and well kept. Emily was a fantastic host and it shows how much care and though she's given to the accomodation. I'd certainly stay here again were I to come back.

"The best ‘non-serviced’ experience you can possibly have in Edinburgh."

Beyond our expectations. What transpired to be a very large ‘apartment’ providing for all our needs. Very comfortable with everything required for a superb stay - a fabulous home from home in a wonderful area of Edinburgh. We were there for the Festival and walked everywhere, but there are bus stops virtually on the doorstep to take you into town and the thoughtful guide provided by our host gave information if needing a taxi, along with information regarding restaurants and the local are of Stockbridge - a real gem. We could not fault our stay.
