"Superb property in a wonderful area of Edinburgh"

Everything! A wonderful room, a very large, comfortable bed and a very well appointed kitchen. The bathroom and extra toilet are great. Such a comfortable, welcoming place with a very friendly and helpful host.

No complaints at all.

Everything! Huge rooms with high ceilings, kings size bed(❤️) dishwasher, washing machine, but no dryer, 2 toilets, large bath. Can we move in??

Great location, very welcoming and attentive host. Place was clean and very comfortable bed. Had everything you needed included toiletries. Welcome package of shortbread was a nice treat! 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice apartment in a traditional building with a nice interior. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. The property owner was so king and welcoming.

We stayed in a winter time and apartment was little cold during nights. I think the heating system can operate in a longer time during winter. The way to Princes Street is sloped on Frederick street. It was not a problem for us but some people may not like it.
