"Last minute booking cancelled by owner of property"

The owner cancelled our booking at the last moment which is very unprofessional She moved us to a ground floor room near kitchen because she got a booking for 1st floor, this was very unfair and she said that we did not pay advance which was very unreasonable as she spoke to me about my booking and timing if arrival and the booking.com clearly mentioned that payment has to be made at property. Inspite of making advance payment my booking was cancelled at last minute.

"Superb"

Hosts are very helpful. Their staff is very humble. Clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Very quiet yet close to heart of Haridwar . We felt like home. Would highly recommend this homestay.

Would have preferred earlier breakfast timings so that we could start our day early. But its individual choice. No complaints.
