Comfy bed. Super clean. Quiet and dark, blinds and curtains, for those fond of sleeping in complete darkness. The hosts are noce and accomodating. Thank you!

The room was huge, and comes with nice shared living room area. The room is well-equipped. The shared bathroom is spacious. You feel like living in the apartment. Owners are very nice and flexible. It is located nice and quiet residential area.

Location. If you don’t mind walking down to / up from city centre, this is the place. The bathroom was not cleaned during my 3 day stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Fatima and Luis are amazing hosts. They make you feel at home. The house is very clean and rooms are spacious.

The location is 20min walking to the center of Ponta Delgada. It was not an inconvenient for us given that we rented a motorbike.

Fatima and Luis welcomed us like family. We were a bit hesitant at first since it was going to be a shared bathroom but we are glad we chose Terra Mar. Fatima and Luis are great hosts, they helped us to plan our trips in the best way possible and also gave us many suggestions. Our room was huge, we had plenty of space and the bathroom was always clean. We had our towels changed and in the room you also have a kettle and a fridge.

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

The owner was very friendly. The room was big and comfortable. The different ways to go downtown were beautiful.

Same areas of the room were not properly clean.

Fatima was a lovely host! She was very generous with her help! The room exceeded our expectations.

Only one bathroom for all the guest, we had to wait often for it to be free.
