The room its very big and clean. Its part of a bigger house where the owners also live and we share the entrance, nevertheless it was very rare to see one of them. Fatima gave us some very good tips and locations to visit and she was very kind to even ask how we were doing and if we needed something. Indeed a good place to stay!

Distance to the city center, especially when you go from the city to the room cuz its a hill

Huge bathroom, comfortable bed, good interaction with host

It takes around 15 minutes to reach the center on foot

Not far from centre, biggest stores like Decathlone and Continente is 300-600m away. Huge balcony and wide view. There was kettle and tee packs we used. Value/price ratio for S.Delgada is OK

You may park car near apartment on the side walk. But if you worry that somebody could scratch rented car in narrow street, safe and free car parking will be 1/2 km away. Room furnishing was too eclectic for me, although everything worked properly. Bed was OK. blanket was too cold for end of October, did not asked additional one. There was slight smell of old house or something, not mould or moist related.
