The breakfast was so cozy and well made, you felt very taken care of by the host in a proper bed and breakfast.

This is a cultural thing more than the place itself but Austrian beds are usually two singles put together and boy do they suck to sleep on if you're used to north American ones.

good communication with the host and got digital welcome card before arrived. 30 minutes tram ride to city center, not far and enjoyed the view of the ride. Clean and cosy room with a mini kitchen and refrigerator.

toilet was outside of the room. it's not convenient but it's my choice even I didn't remember why I booked a room without toilet. if stay here again will book the room with toilet.

Rebecca and Dorris were so kind, and they served a great breakfast. The room with GREAT Alps view was clean, cozy and comfortable. I'd felt great all the time when sitting at the chairs in the balcony.

The washroom shared among single rooms a little small with no washing basin . A washing basin would have been nice.

I booked that hotel for my friend and as it turns out in the future, this caused so many problems for her I made a reservation at that hotel for a friend, which ultimately led to significant frustration. To access the property, one must rely on a taxi or a tram that operates only once an hour, taking 40 minutes to reach the hotel. Be aware that upon arrival, you might find no staff present, leaving you to wait at the entrance for a key that may be stored in a lockbox. The room conditions are disappointing, with sagging mattresses and a meager supply of shower gel—only one packet for a three-day stay. Additionally, breakfast requires prior booking the day before, unlike standard hotels that offer a designated time frame from 8 to 10. If you arrive at 9, you may find the dining area empty. Furthermore, I experienced an alarming situation where I was asked to leave at 11 PM simply for requesting extra shower gel, with the staff insisting that it was a private establishment and that I needed to purchase it myself. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the correspondence with the hotel here, but I had to involve the police and remain until the matter was resolved, as the hostess refused to refund my payment. I am appalled by such unprofessional conduct and hope my review serves as a warning to others about the issues encountered.
