Very kind hosts. Very comfortable bed, clean room, amazing view. Water kettle to make tea in the room. Good breakfast, perfect before hiking. Location is reachable by tram from downtown Innsbruck, free parking at the property.

Great location on a hill above Innsbruck. Nice views on the city below and easily reachable by a thirty minute scenic tam ride. The host was flexible and nice.

The guesthouse is very homely with a lot of care for detail! The room had a beautiful view of the valley with the Alps in the background. Rebecca was an amazing hostess, she made me feel welcome and well looked after. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast served which made it for a great start of the day! Highly recommend! 🌟

Very good localization for Innsbruck skiing and sightseeing. You can easly get to the city by car or tram. Tram stop and supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. Small ski resort in 10 minutes walking distance. Big ski areas in Stubai Ferner, Axams and Kuhtai - within 40 minutes by car.

The accomodation was located in prime location with accessible tram stop (5 min by walk) and stunning Mountain views!

There is nothing that I did not like about this property. Everything was so above my expectation.

Very friendly and caring host, beautiful location, cozy and cleanly room with an amazing view. Lovely breakfast served ready at the table at your preferred time. Tram station right next to the premises with a handy and scenic half hour trip to the city center.

The only minor downside we could think of was the bed being a little creaky :)
