Our host made offered us home cooked Khinkali, pastries, cheese, salad, sausage, eggs, milk and honey when I had a sore throat. It was like staying with your Georgian Granma. And they provided warm hospitality without ever being intrusive. Just really genuine, warm people.

I think this might be my all time favourite since I’m using Booking. The room was very large and comfortable for a fair price, the location is very good, close to the marshrutka zone. The owners were so nice and so welcoming!! They invited me to eat home-made Georgian food with them, they helped me with many things despite de language barrier, and they seemed to be always looking for ways to make my life easier. Many thanks again, and cheers from Belgium!

The only point that could be improved is to put some sign, to make the location easier to find the first time

Comfortable room, great value, beautiful view.

This is the best place I've ever stayed. It's very quiet, free and clean. The hostess is very polite and beautiful. It only takes ten minutes to walk here from the bus stop.

This was a perfect stay in an authentic and super-clean room.

The beds are probably the best i have ever experienced in Georgia, SO comfortable. The room and shared bathroom were very clean. The area and view from the garden are beautiful.

There is no shared kitchen, common space, garden seats or balcony as advertised when you book the room, we discovered that upon arrival. Even though we booked a double room with balcony we had a trible room with no balcony and the main bed was two twin bed next to eachother instead of a double bed. A man who didn't speak any english let us in the room and then a teenager who spoke tiny english came back to ask us to pay his grandmother. After that, no communication. We reached out to the number indicated to understand were the common area was as we had planned to cook that night. The person answering rudely said the annoucement on the website was wrong and the kitchen was private without offering any kind of help or back up solution. They also said they were in Tbilisi at the moment and didn't offer breakfast even though it says they do for a fee. We felt like we were an annoyance more than anything. The last day we made our own breakfast in the garden, sitting on the floor and the grandmother was very nice and lent us plate and offered to come in her private kitchen if we were cold... This was the only welcoming interaction we had.
