nice view from the terrace, room was spacious and bathroom very clean :)

unfortunately, there was no heater :( the beds were very very soft and uncomfortable, the warm water only worked every once in a while :( and there is no kitchen!

Great place to stay, highly recommended. Good location, we were able to walk everywhere. Super comfy bed and good room. Privacy, guest side has separate entrance from the owners. Very friendly owners. We liked so much there. Thank you!

Great stay with an amazing view. The property owner offers excellent hospitality. It's a traditional Georgian house, providing a charming vintage feel.

Very comfortable, clean and great views across the mountains in Kazbegi from each room and the balcony. Excellent value for the price. Lovely family guesthouse, helpful hosts, and lovely family dog.This was my second visit. Hopefully I will be back next year. Thanks!
