Ardi was an excellent host and cook, friendly and very helpful

Can’t find a more fantastic inland place in Bali, away from all the hustle and bustle, away from resorts. Just a lovely rural homestay as far up mount Bali as you can get, walking distance to the temple at the end of the road and a small village in the other direction just down the road. The accomodation is simple but lovely, with the property being a quiet lush green haven that leads all the way down to the small river coming off the mountain. It is owned and operated by very friendly & hospitable people. No cockerels or monkeys nearby. Just peace.

Not your kind of place if real nature freaks you out. Go to a resort then. E.g. we got some insect spray from the owner to wipe out some ants. They were out of anti-mosquito coils so we walked to the village and bought 200 incense sticks for IRD 5000 (AU$ 0.50)

Check that everything you are promised is actually there. Many things promised at booking are not in rooms i wouldnt pay or stay if i was aware of this before hand.

Specifically the surrounding, beautiful garden, landscaping near by river ,swing. Moreover very peaceful environment. No pollution

Bedaking noise

The whole place is an incredible garden with big rooms around. The owners are super nice and you can ask them for any meal you want, and that's great because there are not so many places to eat around. There's also a free refill tank at the reception.

Beautiful room in a peaceful property with a great river. The host Adi is so kind and helpful with anything we needed, gave us recommendations for places to visit nearby and went out of his way to assist us many times. There are scooters to rent here which was great. He has a lovely dog and cat too that are so friendly. We will definitely be back!
