Beautiful setting. Nice staff. The local kitten and puppy were also great!!

Host was helpful for everything.if you go down the beautiful harden you can arrive the river.

The host and his family members were all very helpful and kind. They advised us on places to visit nearby and answered any queries we had. They were also helpful in providing amenities we forgot to bring with us. The property itself is in such a beautiful setting, it is filled with trees, all green and has a backdrop of the nearby mountain often with an amazing view of being partly covered in clouds. The homestay's surroundings are just as beautiful, filled with greenery. In their restaurant they use very local ingredients with many sourced from the trees on the property itself, the food is cooked with these fresh and seasonal ingredients which is another good thing about this homestay.

The homestay is located in the small village of Wongaya Gede so it isn't really near the main tourist areas of Bali meaning if you want to see more you might need to have a scooter, car or hire a driver which you'll be able to sort at the reception.

The room was dirty, the toilet didn't work No dinner available even if they told us that we could have dinner there For breakfast only a few eggs badly cooked

I and my aunty arrived in evening. It was dark and my aunty was nervous. Next morning she woke up and she couldn't believe her eyes. Our place was close to river eco forest and garden view. Behind our place was mountain. Adi and wife are friendly helpful and understanding . Simple people with big heart. We are not big fan of yellow light. We didn't think of requesting white light. Will come back next year

The owner Adi is the best host ever, he really helped us with getting the most authentic experience and contacted his local friends who also guided us through some activities. His cooking is also great and gave us fresh fruits from his garden every morning! Our bungallow was cozy and we enjoyed the outdoor shower!

The 2 bed apartment was very spacious, my kids really loved this place. It’s about as close to Mt Batukaru as you can get, and short walk from village. Bathrooms were very clean. The owners are very accommodating - Adi organised at short notice a guide to take my husband up the mountain and one to take the kids and I on a shorter jungle trek (Kadek was so patient with my kids, it’s a great activity for them, they learned so much). He also organised an excellent driver to get us to Lovina with a stop in the middle. All good prices. We really appreciated and relied on his efforts to make sure we had a lovely stay. The gardens are beautiful, and we had a great breakfast each morning, with coffee and other fruits grown on the property.

This place isn’t perfect, but keep the price in perspective. If you have a problem with anything, let Adi know and he will fix it. It’s the jungle, there are bugs.
