The room and sharing areas were clean. There were TV, kettle, oven that we could use. It was easy for check-in and checking out.

The bed was comfy but noisy if you are a person turning sleeping.

The sun was shining.

The whole experience.

Clean and tidy

I appreciate the willingness of the host, who was interested in our comfort and answered all the questions. The advantage is the ability to use the living room. Advantage of location is the nearby park, the proximity of the supermarket, markets or various fasfoods that was opened even during holidays when everything else was closed. The bus stop is few minutes by walk and city centre is about 40 minutes on foot.

It was very cold in the house when We arrived (there was no other residents here before us and heating was set to low), it took few days to heat up the house to normal temperature close to 20 degrees. Bed in our room was uncomfortable. There was visible black mold on the bedroom wall and few other places within house. The nearby streets was dirty with lots of garbage everywhere.
