"Disappointing"

the house is very old , not well maintained, bathroom most of the time not clean because 2 more rooms are occupied. The garbage in the kitchen is full no one is taking care. The cleaning helper is not coming frequently. I asked for an extra cover the owner refused one duvet only is available for each room.
