"Comfortable and Convenient"

We arrived at 3am unsure of whether we'd be able to get straight into our room, and were relieved to learn that the staff were able to let us in at minimal cost for an early check in. The room was large and extremely comfortable, and the place served as a perfect spot to base our travels in Cao Bang from.

The staff spoke minimal English but this was easily navigated with the aid of google translate.

"Tidy and comfortable"

Perfect location right in the middle of town. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to book a bus to ha Giang very.

The bathroom had a leak from the shower so the floor was a bit wet.

They had a electric heater we could use that was very nice!

Our room was on the top floor and there was no lift. No issue for us but maybe good to know for other people. We rented 2 motorbikes there but they are not in the best condition, i would not rent one there again.

"Exceptional"

Good place to stay, central, value for money for what we paid. We had the family room so good size, bathroom was a wet room but still OK. Lan was helpful, we booked scooters which were good and she booked bus tickets for us as well.
