The location is super central, so it's really convenient for shopping and eating. The room and bathroom are both really spacious. Plus, the host was super kind, I arrived early in the morning by night bus, and she even let me check in early to rest. Really appreciate it!

There was some dust in the corners of the bed frame.

This place is great. It has a water filling station, good beds, nice bathrooms, motorbike rental, and a kitchen area. Overall, I would come again if I was in the city. 24/7 check-in is great as well.

Stairs, but this is normal in Vietnam.

"Check for bed bugs before sleeping as I found ans killed one."

Bathroom was big and clean. The rooms are tidy.

Beds are very dirty. Small dirts everywhere on the bed. Different kinds of stains on the duve and worst of all there are bed bugs, I actually killed one.

Lan are very accomodating! she actually helps me arranged the whole trip with the tour and transportation :) it was an amazing trip and the service is 5 STAR! I would suggest anyone who will stay here or at Cao Bang, don’t book anything online yet, contact Lan and asked her anything, she’ll try her best to accomodate you and with really good service and affordable price!
