I spent two weeks here. Very great location on a quiete but well-connected lane, full of restaurants and other services around, such as a pharmacy, a tourist information office (basically in front of it, I super recommend booking tours with Pim for the best prices!), tuk tuks, ATMs, and even a couple of temples very closeby. My room was simple but provided all the basics and more: a bath towel and mat, toilet paper, air-con, a big old fridge and freezer, and even a TV with local channels and Netflix. I had room 5, which had a window in each opposite wall, allowing for a nice airflow during the night, so that I didn’t need to use the air-con to comfortably sleep; the windows had of course mosquito nets. The room was cleaned every 4 days, and I was given notice about it the previous day. There is also an open terrace upstairs with table and benches. The place is owned and run by a Thai mother and daughter. They are very sweet. On top of the hotel, they run a laundry service if you need it. They also own a car, so they offered to drive me to the airport for a good price on my last day. If you’re looking for something basic and authentic, I would totally recommend it!

One only downside was that my room’s door, contrary to the others’, had no curtains, so the light from the hallway would disturb be at night. But I would simply go out in the hallway and switch it off.

Clean spacious room exactly like in the photos. Very comfy bed.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the premier nightlife location in Chiang Mai as well as walking distance to many temples and tourist locations in the city. The staff were extremely friendly and even personally took the time to give me a ride to the airport at 4am! Great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai! It's clean, the location is great and owners are very friendly and helpful! We would come back!

Great place to stay in Chiang Rai, beds are super comfortable and loved the old school Lana Thai wooden rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. A bit of a walk from the night market etc, but easy to catch Grab or take your motorbike if you're feeling lazy! Breakfast is simple but nice.

The pool had a lot of chlorine, could smell it from metres away and all over our clothes after swimming 🤣

Location location location! Can't beat it! This place is steps from where let's all at inside the Old Town rectangle. That, with the affordable price definitely makes it worth it, we're not unhappy we slept there, although it was less then real comfortable.

The rooms are real tiny, the bathroom-ette is makeshift, and de facto there is no useable window (the one we had we kept curtained off, as it opened to the hallway).

Very comfortable bed. Clean. Nice location. Very quiet at night. Good shower. Laundry facilities and taxi to airport available which was so handy. A lovely stay!
