Helly's Secret Garden Cottage

Es war wirklich toll, das Zimmer war echt gemütlich und schön und man hatte genug Platz. Es war auch ordentlich und sauber. Außerdem war die gesamte Anlage sehr süß gestaltet und der Pool war wunderbar zum schwimmen und relaxen. Und der Service und das Personal waren wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit. :)

The best part of the villa is definitely the atmosphere. The swimming pool is lovely, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. Despite the quiet setting, the location is convenient and close to restaurants, cafés, and other attractions around the island. There were a few downsides, though. The road leading to the villa is in poor condition, which can make getting there a bit challenging, especially by scooter. The shower could also use some improvement. One evening, it seemed that the room had been left open after housekeeping, and we ended up with a gecko inside as well as quite a few insects and ants. While encountering wildlife is part of the Bali experience, keeping the room closed during cleaning would certainly help minimize this issue. Overall, a charming place with a beautiful pool and relaxing atmosphere, but with a few details that could be improved to make the stay even better.

La atención de las dos chicas fue maravillosa. No recuerdo sus nombres lamentablemente pero su amabilidad y buena energía fue excelente.

Beautiful rooms! Beds are super comfy and the pool was great. Set back from the main street which means it was nice and quiet at night.

Down a bit of a bumpy back track, can make pulling cases hard.

The property was beautiful! The staff were incredibly kind and so helpful if I needed anything. The location was great as well, right off the Main Street. The bed was massive and so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

The convenient location, value for money, the brand new pool, the private cottage, the airspace and air conditioning, the comfortable bed, helpful host and beautiful gardens.

The room was so bright and fresh / modern unlike som other cabin/hut like rooms we’ve stayed in! We were happy there was a pool as we couldn’t see this in the pics. The staff were so accommodating and helpful in anyway they could.

The bath towels smelt slightly, unsure if it was the scent of the washing liquid but wasn’t the most pleasant.

Very cute property and soooo kind staff!!! There was also a brand new pool which made the location even more beautiful. The rooms were big and clean and it’s located in the heart of lembongan. Also Helly is giving very good advice where to stay in Lembongan. We had a very nice stay! Thank you
