Nothing, when I arrived they told me they didn’t have room for me

Apart from not having my room, they moved me to another hotel, different rooms, views, no hot water, and they asked me extra money because the room had AC. The treatment wasn’t good at all

It’s a really nice property with a beautiful view

Nothing really, they not even fully functioning but it was really good total value for money

The area was nice and quite. so close to Heriketiya beach. I recommend it

Very unreliable. When I reach Hotel , Sham informed, my booking is cancelled. He could cancel, after giving prior notice. He keep silent until I reached him in person. I had search rooms nearby hotels.

His negligence

Great location, room is pretty good.

There is no hot water, none of the rooms have any water heather, there is also no WiFi and the staff is terrible. The manager is very very unpleasant, he is rude, disrespectful and clearly not there to help during our stay. We booked a hotel with hot water and WiFi and we didn’t get any of both.
