Front of the beautiful beach. Really nice garden to relax. One surf spot is right next to it so you can check the waves all the time. The owner is Shan really nice and helps you with everything. Such a beautiful and relaxing place :))

Location and the green area, beds ok.

Communication was poor, absence of cleaning. Very late breakfast, we hade to go out and eat somewhere else cuz our kids got so hungry in the morning. In our room u shared the roof of the bathroom with someone else, so absolutely no privacy. Personal never present and hard to get hold on someone when u need help. Power cuts and only one fan so it was HOT at night. Overall pretty expensive for what u get.

Bedrooms are different to the pictures and very hot.

I booked my stay through booking.com and 3 weeks before i arrive he has cancelled my stay but he didn’t let me know through an emailed or a text until I called him. If I come straight on the arrival day I would have been soo worried and disappointed luckily I called him before I arrived and then I got to know he has cancelled my booking. Please don’t let the Customer have a bad experience like you did to me.

The staff were lovely and super accommodating. The place was very comfortable and nice and quiet but very close to the busier areas down near the water. Great location and excellent value for money.

Location was perfect, big clean room, great balcony and beautiful garden, shaan took care of all our needs, including renting a tuktuk. We Will definitely come back

It was too hot at night, the fan is not located above the beds. And, there is No hot water in the shower. During the day, it doesn't matter, but it's not fun for an evening shower
