ideal place for our stay, free on street parking, very nice hosts, only asked if we needed anything, then were left alone, an Asda 50m down the road, and a very good Chinese takeaway next door😉, hosts are happy for you to eat in the room, and provide limited crockery and utensils, there are cooking facilities in the room, and a microwave. take your own choices of teas or coffees.

steep stairs to get to the room, and a very firm bed(I’m used to a soft mattress), could do with a small fridge in the room for milk etc. shared bathroom facilities, and a shower ideally for somewhat shorter people.

The room was big & spacious! The bed was very comfortable. The place was clean & very well maintained. Staff was very polite. Decent loo & shower. Can't complain

The location isn't that great since half an hour by cab from the centre but that's why it's good value.

There is nothing good to say about this place even from outside to inside its dirty dark and blood on the bed highly NOT recommended

Location perfect, travel in to Manchester city centre by bus or train within 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Bathroom facilities also excellent

Can't complain at all.
