房东很热情，有问必答，信息回复及时，房子离地铁站Ⓜ️很近，出行非常方便。房间干净，设施齐全。

套房是间阁楼，楼梯很窄，上下楼不方便，阁楼很热，没有纱窗，窗式空调太老旧，开起来噪声太响，无法入睡。

Simplesmente maravilhoso!!!! Apartamento espaçoso e confortável, tudo muito limpo e organizado! A localização não poderia ser melhor, pertinho do metrô e de todo tipo de comércio. Rafael e sua família são maravilhosos! Nos sentimos em casa! Com certeza me hospedarei novamente quando retornar ao Rio.
