Único pequeno detalhe que não sabíamos que teríamos que passar pela cozinha dela, se quiséssemos usar o fogão teria que ser o mesmo que ela usa, restante tem tudo na parte do hóspede (geladeira, micro-ondas, cafeteira) Como dica poderia colocar um fogão de indução mesmo

A Roseane e a Dona Sônia são pessoas excepcionais, fui muito bem acolhido! Gratidão.

they were not clear at the main description about additional fees for using laundry service. The apartment (in fact it is a rooftop) is tight, not well ventilated and dark BUT My bad evaluation comes from the fact that when I arrived at Rafael's house and asked where was the laundry machine, they announced that for using it I have to pay an additional fee. I was surprised because when I read the announcement I saw that the apartment has laundry machine facility and I didn't see any additional fee at the description of the apartment and the facilities (maybe they changed it afterwards , what i hope, BUT NO, WHEN I READ IT WAS NOT THERE , see the print screen that i got ). They claim that they put the additional fee in another section (what is true) but in my opinion it's not crystal clear when you read the main apart description they not tell about additional fees (WHICH I INTERPRET AS THE BRAZILIAN WAY OF NOT DEPRECIATE THEIR APARTMENT AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Be prepared for these kind of surprises if you rent this LOW COST apartment.

I felt secure and the owner who lives next by the house is a great helper and made the staying very nice. No noise from the neuour, kitchen for using very good, hot water for shower , very close to metro and all needs. Great place and very cheap for what it s offering in Rio. I stay to the small room for single downstair but it is confortable for sleeping. Thank you

Location and safe place. The room is small as you see in the photo, but for a budget traveler is enough. Rafael helps his grandma manage this rental place. He speaks good English and is easy to communicate.

If you want to have a cup of coffee, you'd better bring instant coffee. You're not allowed to use the coffee maker. The door and window close, but it's not a solid door (with slits, like the closet door) so you can hear everything going on in the kitchen or shared bathroom. And mosquitos will come in and out through them.
