The pool water could have been slightly warmer!

We had the most magical stay. In the morning, from our room, we saw whales in the bay. We walked down to hotel basalto for breakfast. However, there are facilities here to cook. Just across the street is the main entrance to the beach. Its perfect white sand. The pool is also very relaxing! We had lunch at barracuda restaurant (so good!). Our room was clean and perfect for two people! The A/C unit kept us very comfortable at night. Highly recommend this place!!!

Rosa and Isabella were so nice and welcoming! They both deserve a raise and a vacation. The view was amazing, we watched the whales from the hammock in the room. We almost did not book here because there were no recent reviews, but I found out that was because it was damaged in the 2023 hurricane and we were the first guests since they re-opened. I’m super glad we booked here, it was pretty quiet with the only sound being the birds and the waves for the most part.

It's a very nice small hotel with 6 rooms facing the water. Rooms are easy and well decorated, wifi is good (reliable and fast), staff is kind, easy self check in and check out, easy access to the beach, parking and it's more than safe (the front gate is locked and there are cameras everywhere). AC works good. The beach is front is perfect for a relaxing day.

Only 2 little thing: it's not super easy to reach (dirt bumpy road). I suggest a rental car to do it. Also the room doesn't have a desk/table if you need to work.
