The place was great overall, nice view and ambient. Staff was great, loved the kitchen area.

Pool was cold (could have a solar pannel to heat it) , and the beach had no easy acces, wanted to go down to early morning walk (8am) and the entrance to the beach was closed had to look for one that was further, I bailed as was not sure how far it would be and if would be closed as well. Beach acces schedules and locations its not clear. Had different expectation. The street is too dark at night for about 1km.

"NOT a Deluxe King Suite, in any shape or form! Not worth $270 CAD/night"

Location has potential... just be honest about the 'rough' accommodations and charge $100 CAD less per night.

Owners were onsite - noisy and did NOT respect quiet time at 10 pm on Fri/Sat pm. (7 loud people partying), plus renovations were ongoing until past 9 pm on Sunday night - drilling into side of bedroom wall Bed not comfortable - not a deluxe king/queen bed Smell from sewer in bathroom - P trap under sink? toilet? Could not flush toilet paper? (septic) Outdoor kitchen - BBQ off limits, long and winding stairway to access coffee/fridge etc - no coffee maker or mini fridge in room, as stated Pool and lounge area was NEVER sunny, due to large buildings on either side- couldn't just hang out in the sunshine. Access to beach was sketchy - had to cut through a private construction site, as per owners' advice Left early and requested a 1-night refund. Owners refused! Just know what to expect... I was disappointed! :(

"Beautiful location to relax on the beach."

Beautiful view of the ocean from every room on a quiet strip of beach. Great place to relax. Easy to contact the property manager who was quick to respond. Rooms and facility are cleaned daily. I really enjoyed my three days here.

There aren’t any stores within walking distance and only a couple of restaurants in the area. There is a well stocked kitchen on the rooftop of this villa so bring some groceries with you or take a taxi to Punta Mita to buy food.
