Staff is great location is fantastic. Very quiet. You get a fully equipped kitchen. Close to supermarket and a fair where you can get great deals. It's at walking distance from the Metro station.

It is very cold in winter and there is no hitting upstairs.

Very comfortable, the host is very welcoming, and everything was clean

The neighborhood is not very safe (according to people I met) and it’s very far from the city center

bed is very comfy. wifi works well and is not to slow. there is space for our food. in the fridge in the community kitchen. the neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed

kitchen is lousy equipped. (barely dishes and cuttlery) all in all it's a bit tight everywhere. no hooks in the bathroom and they need a day to replace new toilet paper.

The room is ok if you’re solo ou couple, bed is comfy, kitchen ok and bathroom is fine (would be perfect with 2 bathrooms), the staff is perfect, they’re very kind. Good place for rest if you want a quiet neighborhood, it’s 20 min walking (although u can use bus) to the train station that connect you to Santiago’s downtown.

The property is great for the price, but i had a hard time looking for some not overpriced food nearby, not much restaurants to sit and eat on the place, a lot of chinese food options if you like tho.
