Helpful staff, decent food

Friendly greeting by the receptionist.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean—there was visible dirt, and the bathroom floor actually had feces (poo) on it. The bed sheets had holes, and when I asked for a clean one, the staff wanted me to sleep directly under a blanket instead, which made me uncomfortable given the state of the room. After seeing the condition of both the bathroom and the sheets, I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the blanket either, so I requested extra sheets. I had to work it out for myself in the end as staff could not really be bothered. Honestly, I wanted to leave, but I was too exhausted to find another place that night. What made things worse was that none of the staff, including the owner, offered any sort of apology or acknowledgment of the situation. The whole place felt very worn out and poorly maintained, with a strong smell of mould in the room. They advertised evening meals, but in reality, they just offered to order takeaway for guests rather than cook themselves. Overall, it was not a comfortable or welcoming experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Also breakfast was very poor. Value for money very poor, thi place should not be more than 500 Ruppees

The cleanliness of the room , behavior of the staffs, the food , the environment....everything was top notch. I would recommend everyone to stay at this place .

The location is a bit far from Laimu Center point but still the place has got lovely vibes all together.

Beds & washroom were good

Too cold, no heater & heater charges are extra. Room was reeking of smoke. Absolute disaster.
